Founder & Master Glazier

With more than three decades dedicated to residential leaded glass, Moe has built a reputation for precision, integrity, and enduring craftsmanship. His work spans custom entryways, transoms, sidelights, and architectural installations designed to enhance both light and privacy without sacrificing elegance.
Trained through hands-on mastery, he brings a deep understanding of traditional leading techniques, structural integrity, and proportion. Every panel is fabricated with the patience and discipline that only experience can teach.
His philosophy is simple: timeless design, built to last for generations.
Ashley O’Neal
Co-Founder & Design Director
Ashley brings a rare fusion of fine art training and 20 years of design leadership to the studio. With a BFA background and a career in user experience design for software engineering, she approaches leaded glass through the lens of spatial intelligence, visual systems, and client-centered design.
Now apprenticing under a master glazier, she bridges heritage craftsmanship with modern design process — developing scaled drawings, refined compositions, and thoughtful light studies before fabrication begins.
Her focus is creating architectural glass that feels intentional, balanced, and seamlessly integrated into the home.
